What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I stayed here for a week, and it truly felt like home. While dealing with some stressful moments related to my study, it was such a relief to be in a place that felt warm, safe, and homelike. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful in every way. The neighborhood is fantastic, and the hotel itself is spotless with a very comfortable bed. Thank you.

Location and property were great. Met our needs perfectly. Unfortunately we were only able to stay for short time.

We were only there for ~14 hours. Would have loved to stay longer

I love the location: used to live in Waterloo Road many, many years ago.

I would have liked brighter colours in bedroom: on walls. More built-in furniture .... or a way of boiling kettle in situ. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was extremely nice, the room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was small but tasty and very good quality, with both sweet and savory options.

The staff are an absolute joy to deal with. Beautiful breakfast. Spotlessly clean.

No accessibility for guests with mobility issues ie. Lift out of order.

The staff were superb. So helpful and approachable. Room was fantastic, spotless clean. Breakfast was to a very high standard and very good value. Will be back soon. Thank everyone at Waterloo Lodge.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
As I was supporting a person using stairs is difficult. We used the door leading to the breakfast room which had a single negotiable step but we returned at 7pm to poor lighting at this entrance and with no handrail made them very stressed . Improved lighting and or ramp would make a hugh difference to everyone.

Comfortable and conveniently located for our purposes.

A small point and purely a personal preference, we would have preferred semi-skimmed milk rather than full fat, whole milk on the bedroom hospitality tray.
