The staff were superb. So helpful and approachable. Room was fantastic, spotless clean. Breakfast was to a very high standard and very good value. Will be back soon. Thank everyone at Waterloo Lodge.
Quels sont les points négatifs de votre séjour ?
As I was supporting a person using stairs is difficult. We used the door leading to the breakfast room which had a single negotiable step but we returned at 7pm to poor lighting at this entrance and with no handrail made them very stressed . Improved lighting and or ramp would make a hugh difference to everyone.
