“Customer service above and beyond” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I came over here while tagging along with my other half who needed to be here for a conference. We were after a hotel that was equidistant to his conference (UCD) and the city centre and this one fit the bill.
Everything about our stay was fantastic. The rooms are on the small side but plenty big enough considering we were only really sleeping in there. The shower was great if a little noisy but plenty hot enough and good water pressure. The walls are thin ish so you can hear a little movement from elsewhere in the hotel but it wasn't to a level that bothered us at all! We were on the top floor and so had no one above. Our room overlooked a fairly main road but you wouldn't have guessed. We like to sleep with the window open and we slept incredibly well undisturbed by noise all 4 nights.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided an extra set of keys on request given that my other half and I were separated most days. They let us keep our bags behind reception after check out too to allow us a whole day of sightseeing before our evening flight. They were fantastically polite and no request was too small - to the point that when our taxi for the airport arrived early the receptionist ran out into the freezing cold to ask him to turn the meter off and wait. I have not had such amazing customer service in a hotel for a long time!!

The hotel was a great location for town - 20 mins walk at most - with a very quick bus stopping right outside. There are also plenty of Dublin restaurants and shops near the hotel.

The breakfast was lovely - both cooked and continental.

I would return here in a heartbeat and would thoroughly recommend it to all who venture to Dublin.

We are very thankful to Emily from Bristol for taking the time to write this helpful review....
